Capacity for 10–120 guests across multiple spaces, including a licensed bar.

Packages Include:
Non-exclusive use: $275
Capacity of 10 – 40 guests. Perfect for birthdays, small celebrations, and casual gatherings. Platters must be ordered; we recommend 3-4 platters per 10 guests.
Exclusive use: $675 – $875 venue hire + minimum bar spend
Capacity of 30 – 120 guests. Perfect for larger birthdays, major celebrations, private events, or seminars. Platters must be ordered; we recommend 3-4 platters per 10 guests.
Pilots Bar: $220 – $350
Capacity of 2 – 12 guests. Perfect for board meetings, interviews, strategy sessions, or small team workshops. Private meeting space that includes smart TV and whiteboard.
Catering options:
We offer a huge menu that will fit all dietary requirements, including gluten-free, dairy-free, kids’ menu, and more.
Brunch & Office
Brunch and office catering options are perfect for team meetings, in or out of the office. We provide free delivery to businesses along the Jandakot Airport strip. In partnership with The Deli Co.
Options include mesuli yogurt pots, sweet muffins, fresh fruit salad platters, and assorted breakfast platters including wraps and sandwiches. Coffees, teas, and beverages are also available.
Antipasto Grazing
Antipasto grazing menu including a beautifully arranged selection of cured meats, vegetables, cheeses, dips, and crackers. This ranges from serving sizes of 6-8 guests for nibbles to 35-40 guests, but these are customisable platter sizes and options.
Finger Food
Finger food platters include 12-15 pieces of mini gourmet pies, arancini balls, mini sausage rolls, 36 pieces of an assorted sushi platter, and lots more.
We also offer a pick platter & dips, a fruit platter, assorted sushi, party pastries, and pizza slabs. We also offer a sweet treat platter including fairy bread triangles, chocolate brownies, chocolate freckles, and fluffy marshmallows.
BYO Catering
BYO catering is available after-hours only, offering flexible catering options including light platters, cocktail style bites, and more substantial menu selections. Packages can be customised to suit your event style and budget. If our standard options don’t fit your event, we also offer BYO catering for after hours event only.
Our Bar
Our bar operates under a restricted club license where the host must be a current member of the Royal Aero Club of WA. A social membership is sufficient and available for $50 a year. We operate a fully licensed bar offering a selection of Gage Roads beers and ciders, local wines, and a range of soft drinks and spirits. If you have something special you’d like served, please let us know. All alcohol is served in accordance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their guardian.
Staff requirements – Staffing ensures responsible service of alcohol, venue supervision, and smooth event operation. For larger functions requiring customised table setup and pack-down time may be charged. Explore our functions pack for staffing options if required.
