West Australian Light Aircraft Championship

November 12 - November 13

 

The West Australian Light Aircraft Championships (WALAC) will be held on the weekend of 12th and 13th NOVEMBER 2021.

All licenced pilots are welcome to compete, from RPL through to CPL, though some handicaps may apply.

Friday 12th November overhead Jandakot from 4:30pm there will be a Formation Competition. Teams consist of three aircraft performing various maneuvers within a time frame of 30 minutes.

Saturday 13th November at Murrayfield, from 8:30am there will be a series of competitions that include Aerobatics, Streamer Cutting, Practise Forced Landing (2500’) and Precision Circuits.

Saturday 13th November at Jandakot from 7pm, there will be a Presentation Dinner, featuring the winners of each category as well as an Overall Champion.

WALAC Entry Form 2021

 

There are TWO levels of aerobatic competition in WALAC, ENTRY level and SPORTSMANS level.

These aerobatic sequences are determined by the current Aust Aerobatic Club annually.
